Your Order

It is our practice to ship your order in its entirety. If a product is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will ship your order when that item is restocked. If for some reason we can not get that item, we will cancel that item from your order and ship the rest of your order..

We will charge your credit card when your order is shipped from our warehouse. In order for your order to be processed and shipped the same day, your order must be in our system by 10 a.m. (eastern standard time) Monday through Friday.

Returns

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including software), you may return any of the following items to Medical Management Systems, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):

>> Any item in its original condition
>> Any unopened item (still in its plastic wrap)

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Medical Management Systems. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.

Just a few simple steps for shipping your return back to us:

• Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box.
• You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
• Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
• Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.

Medical Management Systems offers, until July 15, 2002, free shipping, a free printer, and free e-mail support. This offer includes shipping on any software purchase made through our on-line store only, a free printer which can vary from model, style or manufacturer, and free e-mail support from our technicians. This offer does not include any phone or on-site support, nor does it offer support for the free printer shipped with your order. If the printer is damaged or defective when you receive it, you may return it to Medical Management Systems for a complete exchange of the printer. At the time of the exchange, the printer model, manufacturer, or style may not be the same.
